Method for Image Quality Evaluation of Satellite-based SAR Data

چکیده
A method for image quality evaluation of satellite-based Synthetic Aperture Radar: SAR data is proposed. Not only geometric fidelity but also signal to noise ratio, frequency component, saturated pixel speckle noise, optimum filter kernel size and its function are evaluated. Through experiments with so called QPS-SAR_2 (Q-shu Pioneers Space the second) imagery data, all these items evaluated, it confirmed that radiometric performances good enough. Also, compared Sentinel-1/SAR European Agency (ESA) provided which obtained on same day acquisition.
